Our products

We sell natural dog treats, chews, enrichment products, supplements and related products.

Because many of our products are natural, individual pieces can vary in size, shape, colour, texture, weight and appearance.

This is normal for natural products and does not necessarily mean there is anything wrong with the product.

For example, two natural chews of the same product may not look identical.

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredients, feeding information and analytical information.

However, manufacturers may change product information from time to time.

Please check the product packaging and current product description before use.

Treats and chews

Dog treats and chews are given at the owner’s discretion.

Always supervise your dog when they are eating or chewing any treat or chew.

Please:

  • Choose a product suitable for your dog’s size and chewing style
  • Remove small or broken pieces that could become a choking hazard
  • Make sure fresh drinking water is available
  • Introduce new treats gradually
  • Do not allow your dog to consume excessive amounts
  • Store products appropriately, see guidance in this policy. 


Natural chews can become smaller as they are eaten and may eventually become a choking hazard.


Supplements

Supplements are intended to complement a balanced diet and are not intended to replace veterinary treatment or advice.

If your dog has a medical condition, allergies, is pregnant or takes medication, please speak to your vet before introducing a new supplement.

Product Storage Guidance

We want your hound’s treats to stay fresh and enjoyable, so please follow the storage guidance below.


Natural treats & chews

  • Store treats in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
  • Transfer treats to a clean, suitable airtight container once opened.
  • Keep products away from moisture, as this can cause natural treats to spoil or develop mould.
  • Once opened, we recommend using treats within a 3 month period and checking them before giving them to your dog.
  • If a treat develops an unusual smell, appearance, mould or signs of spoilage, do not feed it to your dog and dispose of it.
  • Keep all treats safely out of reach of dogs and other pets when not being used.


Supplements

  • Follow the storage instructions provided on the individual product packaging, as these can vary between products.
  • Always check the best-before/use-by date before use.


Enrichment products

Products such as peanut butter, pâté and other food-based enrichment items should be stored according to the instructions on their packaging. Once opened, refrigerate where required and use within the recommended timeframe.


Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are requesting to purchase the products in your basket.

We reserve the right to contact you if there is an issue with your order, including:

  • Pricing errors
  • Delivery issues
  • Payment problems

If we’re unable to fulfil your order, we’ll contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where necessary.
