How much does shipping cost?
We offer UK-wide postage, as well as local delivery and free collection from Houghton, Hampshire.
Postage is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, so larger or heavier orders may have a higher delivery charge.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Can I collect my order?
Yes! We offer free collection from Houghton, Hampshire.
Simply select collection at checkout, provide your contact details, and we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable time once your order is ready.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery within 15 miles of Houghton.
Delivery is £2 up to 10 miles and £3 between 10–15 miles. Your delivery option will be shown at checkout if your address is within our delivery area. Simply select local delivery at checkout, provide your contact details, and we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable time once your order is ready.
Can I return my order?
If you’ve changed your mind, please contact us before returning anything.
As we sell food, treats and chews, we cannot accept returns of opened or used edible products for hygiene and food-safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item or there’s a problem with a product, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Do your treats contain rawhide?
No!
None of our natural treats or chews contain rawhide. We choose natural products that we’re happy to give to our own hounds.
Are your treats suitable for all dogs?
Every dog is different, so we recommend choosing treats and chews that are appropriate for your dog’s size, age, and dietary requirements.
Natural treats can vary in size, shape, colour and texture, so always supervise your dog while they’re enjoying a chew or treat and make sure fresh drinking water is available.
